Regarding the protection of all personal information handled by the Company, we fully recognize our social mission and shall comply with laws and regulations concerning personal information and the protection of the rights of the individual. Furthermore, we hereby declare that we have established a Personal Information Protection Management System to embody the policies set forth below, and will work as a whole company to continuously improve this system while remaining constantly aware of the latest trends in IT technology, changes in social demands, and fluctuations in the management environment.
Personal information shall be acquired, used, and provided only to the extent necessary for the Company's legitimate business execution in the operation of various services, the holding of recruitment events, and consulting in recruitment operations, as well as for the employment and personnel management of employees. We will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purposes of use (non-purpose use). In addition, we will take measures to prevent non-purpose use.
We will comply with laws, national guidelines, and other norms regarding the protection of personal information.
To address risks such as leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, we will invest management resources consistent with the actual conditions of the business to implement reasonable safety measures and continuously improve our personal information security system. Furthermore, if a problem is identified regarding the protection of personal information, we will promptly take corrective measures.
