ONE CAREER Inc. and its group companies (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) operate businesses in fields related to career choices, job search, recruitment, and careers.
These fields are closely connected to each individual’s life and career decisions, as well as to the recruitment activities of companies. We therefore believe that the use of AI in these fields requires a particularly careful and responsible approach.
AI is a technology with significant potential to organize information, help identify options, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the quality of our services. At the same time, it also involves risks, including the presentation of inaccurate information, bias or unfair treatment, impacts on privacy and information security, and concerns that may arise when explanations are insufficient.
Recognizing both the potential and the risks of AI, we are committed to AI governance so that we can use AI in a safe, lawful, and trustworthy manner.
This page outlines our basic approach to the use of AI and the principal measures we take to use AI responsibly.

We regard AI not as a means of simply replacing human judgment or decision-making, but as a technology that supports better choices by our users and client companies.
Choices relating to job search, recruitment, and careers are deeply connected to each individual’s hopes, values, experiences, and circumstances. Based on the understanding that AI cannot fully comprehend all of an individual’s intentions and values, we place importance on a human-centered approach to the use of AI.
Where AI that we provide or use could have a material impact on the rights, opportunities, treatment, terms of business, or other interests of users, candidates, client companies, or other stakeholders, we carefully review its purpose and scope of impact.
We also strive to incorporate appropriate human review and judgment, according to the purpose and degree of impact, so that important decisions are not made solely on the basis of AI output.
In the use, development, deployment, and provision of AI, we are guided by the following principles.
In using AI, we comply with applicable laws and regulations, contractual obligations, internal rules, and other relevant standards.
We clarify the purpose for which AI is used and use it only to the extent necessary and appropriate for that purpose.
We strive to use and provide AI safely by taking measures against malfunction and misuse, and by preparing for situations in which AI services we use may be suspended or interrupted.
